Lauren Agrella-Sevilla, M.Ed., LCSWA
Mental Health Counseling for Children and Adults
I love supporting clients! My role is to help you feel more fully yourself, connected with others, and connected with the unfolding of your own journey. I welcome working with people of all ages: children, teenagers and young adults, and adults and families. My style is warm, approachable, and non-judgmental. I have training and expertise in somatic/body-based practices, mindfulness, and cognitive therapies. Together, we co-create a plan for helping you or your child feel and cope better with the challenges of life and our unique neurological wiring.
I am able to accept Medicaid, BCBSNC, and Aetna, as well as private pay clients. You can choose to meet with me at my beautiful office at Elk Haven or to engage in walk-and-talk outdoor sessions. I holds Masters degrees in Education and in Social Work, and I am working on my doctorate. In addition to working as a therapist, I am a mother, partner, sister, friend, yoga and mindfulness teacher, an educator, and a trained end-of-life doula. Being human is hard; we all need support sometimes. You can read more about my work at inpoweredtogether.com and can reach me at laurenagrellasevilla@gmail.com. Feel free to be in touch for a free 10 minute consultation to see if we might be a good fit to work together.
