I graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1998 with my BSN and from Vanderbilt University in 2004 with a MSN. Working as both a nurse and nurse practitioner, the bulk of my career spent in labor and delivery, internal medicine and education.

After disillusionment with the western model set in, a deeper call led me to Barbara Brennan School of Healing from 2012-2016. In a very immersive way, I studied spiritual psychology, energy medicine and developmental trauma which helped me connect dots between all aspects of the human being, spirit, and body.

Since then, I have traveled the world and studied with a variety of teachers to deepen my own integration. I have spent the last 5 years focused on developmental trauma and nervous system education, creating two didactic and experiential continuing education programs through the American Holistic Nurses Association.

I now unify my worlds to create offerings that combine anatomy and physiology, quantum biology, somatic practice, continuum movement and light therapy to support others to connect to the inherent biointelligence of the body.
